Sleep, exercise and nutrition are the 3 pillars of health. Having those three in check will greatly impact your wellbeing. In this article I will share tips how to get better sleep, fight insomnia, how to fall asleep faster and some easy sleep routines.

Correlation between exercise and sleep.

Those who exercise, sleep better. Poor sleep contribute to lover physical activity. As you can see this becomes a vicious cycle.

If you want a better sleep, exercise is a key ingredient, and even though most of us are locked at home during pandemic right now, with gyms being closed, you can always add some at home exercises to your daily routine.

Another important factor that messes up your sleep is sitting for too long. Sedentary lifestyle also increases risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer. Getting up for short breaks and moving around as much as possible are important healthy behaviors to include in our lives.

 

When should you exercise?

Time of day doesn’t really matter as long as it’s not right before going to sleep and stays consistent.
